SALES TARGETS & FORECAST

Set Sales Targets, Track the Forecast

Set commercial targets, track expected business and understand sales performance across teams and properties.

The forecast comes from the pipeline your team already works, not from a separate spreadsheet someone rebuilds before every review.

The demo takes 30 minutes. We ask about your property structure, PMS and current Salesforce setup, then focus on the workflows relevant to your commercial team.

HOW IT WORKS

Targets set once, attainment tracked live

A Sales Target is set for an owner, a team or a property over a period. As the pipeline moves, won value and expected value are compared against that target, so attainment does not wait for a month-end export.

SALES FORECAST

Built from the pipeline, not a separate file

Expected value and stage on each open opportunity feed the Sales Forecast directly, so a commercial team reviewing the forecast is looking at the same opportunities it works every day.

WHAT BENVIO DOES

Targets and forecast, on the same view

Targets by owner, team and property

Sales Targets are set at the level your commercial organisation actually manages performance, whether that is an individual, a team or a property.

Forecast from the pipeline you already work

Expected value and stage on open opportunities build the Sales Forecast, so it moves with the pipeline instead of a separate periodic submission.

Attainment without a manual rebuild

Won value against target is available as the pipeline changes, not only once someone exports and recalculates it.

Sales Forecast tracks expected B2B sales business built from the pipeline. It is not an occupancy, ADR or RevPAR forecast, and it does not replace Revenue Management’s own demand forecasting.

FAQ

Sales targets and forecast FAQ

What does a Sales Target measure?
A commercial target set for an owner, a team or a property over a period, such as won value or the production expected from a specific segment.
Is Sales Forecast the same as Revenue Management’s demand forecast?
No. Sales Forecast is built from the B2B sales pipeline: expected value, stage and the opportunities your team is working. It does not forecast occupancy, ADR or RevPAR, which remain Revenue Management’s own responsibility.
Can I review performance by property as well as by owner?
Yes. Target attainment and forecast can be reviewed by owner, by team or by property, depending on how your commercial organisation is structured.
Where does the forecast data come from?
From the same Sales Pipeline & Activities your team already works. Opportunities, expected value and stage feed the forecast without a separate submission.
