ACCOUNT PERFORMANCE

See What Your B2B Accounts Actually Produce

Connect B2B accounts and commercial agreements with actual production across properties and periods, where the required hotel-system data is available.

What was agreed and what actually happened belong on the same view, not in two separate exports reconciled by hand.

The demo takes 30 minutes. We ask about your property structure, PMS and current Salesforce setup, then focus on the workflows relevant to your commercial team.

HOW IT WORKS

Understand production by account

Where the required PMS data and account mapping are available, Benvio attributes room nights and revenue to the B2B account they belong to, and places that production next to the rate agreement and committed volume already on the account.

ACROSS THE PORTFOLIO

See how the account performs across the portfolio

Production is visible by property and by period, so a chain-wide account is understood at the level the commercial team actually manages it: not only the chain total, but which properties are carrying the relationship and which are not.

WHAT BENVIO DOES

Commitment and actual performance, together

Production by account

Room nights and revenue attributed to the B2B relationship, where the required PMS data and account mapping are available.

Committed versus actual

Actual performance is placed in the context of the negotiated agreement and committed volume already on the account, not compared from a separate report.

Property and period breakdown

Production by property and by period, so a review of the account can go straight to where performance is ahead of or behind commitment.

The PMS remains the operational master for reservations and hotel inventory. Account Performance depends on the required operational data and account mapping being available to Benvio; where that mapping is not yet in place, production is not shown for that account.

FAQ

Account performance FAQ

What does Account Performance show?
Account Performance connects a B2B account and its rate agreements with the room nights and revenue actually produced across properties and periods, where the required PMS data and account mapping are available.
Does this replace a PMS production report?
No. The PMS remains the operational master for reservations and hotel inventory. Benvio brings that production into the same view as the account and the agreement it belongs to; it does not generate or store the reservation itself.
What does 'account mapping' mean here?
It means the PMS reservation data needs to be attributable to the correct B2B account, typically through a company or agreement code the PMS carries on the booking. Without that mapping, production cannot be connected to the account automatically.
Can I compare committed volume with what was actually delivered?
Yes, where a rate agreement with a committed volume exists for the account. Benvio places the committed figure and the actual production from the PMS on the same view for that comparison.
