- Does the assessment tell me why an opportunity was lost?
- No. The assessment records what was observed in the controlled process. It does not assume the reason behind a missed response or a lost opportunity, and it does not estimate the commercial impact of changing the process.
- Is this the same as the Groups & MICE Response Study?
- No. The Response Study is Benvio's own published research across a sample of hotel chains. The assessment uses a related methodology applied specifically to your properties and channels, so the result is about your process, not the published sample.
- What do I receive at the end?
- A structured view of what was observed, the measured results by property and channel, and the areas that deserve further commercial review.
